VACANT HOME STAGING
We add warmth and style to the empty spaces, creating a setting which will help buyers fall in love with the home and want the lifestyle it offers. We create a customized design to compliment the home’s personality. Whether it’s modern, elegant or a funky Austin vibe that’s needed, we have it covered.
How It Works:
- First, we provide a complimentary “rough” quote over the phone after getting details about the property.
- Next, we'll schedule a short visit to view your property, take photos and measurements, and determine the best staging options
for the home. We then provide a no obligation Staging Proposal for your review, generally within 24 hours.
- Once we’ve received a signed contract and 50% deposit, we can schedule your staging date (usually within 7 days).
Depending on the size of the home, our team can invest 10-30 hours preparing for a vacant home staging (designing, sourcing,
coordinating, and packing).
Vacant Staging Includes:
Initial home visit
Selection of furnishings
Packing and loading
Staging installation (3-5 professionals to implement the design)
Rental fee of furnishings (1 month)
De-staging the property
If the staging is needed after the first month, you may extend the agreement at a discounted fee.
