How It Works:

- First, we provide a complimentary quote. This is done fast and easily by speaking with you about the property and having you email us some basic photos of the home. 

- Next, we'll schedule a short visit to view your property, take photos and measurements, and determine the best staging options

  for the home.  

- Once we’ve received a signed contract and deposit, we can schedule your staging date (usually within 7 -10 days).


Depending on the size of the home, our team can invest 10-30 hours preparing for a vacant home staging (designing, sourcing,

coordinating, and packing).

Vacant Staging Includes:

Initial home visit

Staging design
Selection of furnishings
Packing and loading
Inventory delivery 
Staging installation (3-6 professionals to implement the design)
Rental fee for furnishings 
De-staging the property

Return delivery

Consultations for OCCUPIED homes 

Walk-N-Talk consultation: $150 

With the homeowner, we go room by room advising them on simple adjustments they can make for the home look its' absolute best before putting it on the market. You'd be amazed at the difference this can make. 


$100 (per hour)
